We were looking for a bike for our daughter, who had outgrown her 18" bike yet still needs training wheels. When we purchase any put-together-yourself items, we also have an eye out for ease of use of instructions, included tools for the job, and how well the parts actually fit together.
Out of the box all of the parts appeared to be there. That's where our good experience ended. The instructions were for "generic" bikes and did not take into account any nuances with the frame style for this particular bike, so we had to do some experimenting. Though the front reflector did fit on the neck of the handle bars, there's no practical place to put the rear reflector.
Also, we bought a standard set of flat training wheels. The rear frame makes this impractical and will require something special a bike shop. Hopefully we'll see how it actually rides tomorrow.
