$50 bike, shop around for best price, November 4, 2011 By This review is from: Pacific Cycle Boy's Flex Bicycle (Gunmetal) (Sports) Be sure to comparison shop. This bike is retailed for under 50 dollars at Walmart and the Academy dot com online shop. Not sure why Amazon has it for 90.00 at the time of this review. Different retailers sell the bike under different names, but it is the same bike from the same factory. Paint and stickers vary from store to store.
This bike is made in china and is sold under different brands. Here on Amazon it is also sold as the Pacific Igniter and Pacific Flex. At Walmart it's called the Huffy Rock It. Target calls it the Magna Imposter. The paint and decals are different, but check the forks, gooseneck, coaster brake, plastic pedals and chain guard. They are identical and show that they are all the same bike.
You get what you pay for with this mass produced steel bicycle. Packing is flimsy and the quality control is poor. You may get a bike that has been damaged in shipping. From the factory, the welded wheel mounts on the forks are not aligned and most... Read more
