Joykill, June 20, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Gyrowheel Kids Bicycle Training Wheel - 12" (Misc.) I live in Hawaii and had no choice but to pay the higher cost for shipping. When the Gyrowheel arrived I immeaditly proceeded to set it up. The Gyrowheel itself apeared to have been tampered with because the charger door was open & the parts were floating around on the bottom of the box. When I did a parts check I found the valve extender missing.
The response by customer service is to mail the valve extender by regular post. I suppose in ten days I will get it & hopefully I will have no further complications setting up the Gyrowheel.
Got the Valve extender...
After 16 hours of chargeing I set up the wheel onto a brand new 12" bike. The front wheel did not spin freely because the rubber door although shut (with the valve extender inside removed) was still slightly causing friction with the fork. I took my son anyways out on the bike with the Gyrowheel turned on to the highest degree. Myson was not able to balance I noticed there was no difference in function from an... Read more
