Great first kids bike, July 12, 2011 By Kenneth W. I have to say I was supprized when the bike arrived, it was very easy to assemble. This bike was a perfect design, it will accomadate my grandson from now through to 6 maybe 7 years of age. This bike was a great purchase, instead of buying a new bike that they outgrow in a year or buying a bike that is to large for the child which is dangerous, this bike will adjust enough so when the child grows he/she can still ride this bike.
I hope this review will help the next person that is looking for a bike for a young child, instead of taking a shot in the dark like I did which I got lucky with this purchase.

Good at first, but over time..., March 4, 2012 This review is from: Magna Boys Gravel Blaster Bike (Sports) My son has had this bike for 7 months now, having received it for his 3rd birthday. I did my research, and I was sure this was the right choice. I thought it would be a real decent bike for a good price (I refuse to buy a Disney bike and pay $35 more just for a Buzz Lightyear sticker!) Well, it was a great buy, at first. The seat was the first issue. With prolonged use, the seat would become tilted and crooked, needing to be pulled back into the correct position. Tightening the bolts myself was not fixing the problem. I had my older, big strong brother tighten it for me, telling him to tighten it as much as he can, and he did, but it still didn't make the problem go away. So I got use to having to straighten out his seat at least once anytime he was out riding his bike. The second issue that took a few months to develop, was the training wheels. They began bending upward. Not too bad, but it's enough to make you nervous when your 3 year old is riding across a slanted slope and it... Read more

He hasn't mastered pedalling yet, but I know he will soon master the skill. The bike was easy to put together and it seems very sturdy and durable. I know that he will be able to use it for a few years to come. Our 4 year old daughter was able to ride it easily as well, although it was a bit too small.
