Boys bike, December 23, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mongoose Boy's 20-Inch Enix Bike (Sports) The bike itself is just fine... looks good and seems to be pretty sturdy for the price. However, the bike I got was just as pictured but it was orange and silver, not green and grey. This was disappointing, since I chose this bike in part b/c my son's favorite color is green. I chose not to send it back since I liked the bike and was a good price. Just wish they would've been more clear about the color.

Very disappointing, December 28, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mongoose Boy's 20-Inch Enix Bike (Sports) This bike was for a 6 yr old's Christmas gift and I thought 14 days would be ample time for it to arrive. The tracking info available was incomplete, but did report that it would arrive on Christmas Eve (first red flag: it should not take 2 weeks to ship an in stock bike.) The bike never arrived. I spoke with a kind and professional customer service rep who did her best to help but there was nothing that could be done. The bike arrived (wrong color) on Dec. 27th. I will be returning the bike. What a waste of time and disappointment for my son. I should have gotten the bike locally. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Good bike, but not what is shown in picture, December 16, 2011 By cakern72 "John" (Kern, CA USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mongoose Boy's 20-Inch Enix Bike (Sports) I am giving this review 3 stars because of my experience in receiving the bike. First off the bike itself is a good kid's bike. My son will enjoy it. Look at the product description, not the picture to see what you are getting. The actual bike color scheme is silver with orange highlights. The main reason for three stars is the shipping and handling of this bike. It arrived with one side of handle bars sticking out of box and the grip was ripped and worn down. Thanks to combination of poor packaging and UPS typical rough handling. The bike was returned and new one ordered. Two weeks later same thing - handlebar sticking out of box and damaged. It appears only the grip is damaged, but nonetheless the bike is arriving damaged. This is unusual for Amazon products, but just be aware it may arrive in a different color and "pre-worn".
