best idea ever, February 3, 2012 By This review is from: Strider PREbike (Sports) My son who's now 5yo learned how to ride a regular bike by the time he was 2.5yo thanks to this bike. I love it. Now my daughter who's only 18 months already tries to get on it and she's actually pretty good considering she's so young. This bike will help yet another child to ride a bike. Thank you STRIDER!!!

False advertising, January 26, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Strider PREbike (Sports) We researched the strider bikes and chose this one because it appears to be the 2012 st-3 bike by the pictures and the price. It shows the padding on the handlebars and the quick clamps on the seat and the handlebars but the bikes we received were the ST-2 model. We are so upset because our triplet boys turn two on Saturday and we don't have a gift for them now. We are not happy that we now have to deal with returns and waiting for new bikes. The strider website sells the correct bike for the same price as listed here and we only bought off of amazon because we knew it would get to us quickly. Now we are so upset. If wayfair or amazon take care of the problem I will update my review if it was a simple mistake. Still upset about the messed up birthdays.
Wayfair did let us return the bikes. They did not offerto exchange them so it is suspicious if this was a mistake. They were going to make me pay for shipping but I refused since it was their mistake. I will not be... Read more

Well, we love the Strider - it is so lightweight - over 2lbs lighter than the Kinderbike and it matters to a young rider. We just got the XL post seat too since our son is taller. The new 2012 model allows the user (ahem parent) to adjust both the handlebar and seat height which is great for adjustments on the 'go.' Thanks Strider and as always THANK YOU AMAZON!!!
